All Parisy products are crafted by hand using materials of the highest quality. Our aim is not just to produce beautiful footwear but also to guarantee their longevity and durability through the proper utilization of this care guide.
Keep your Parisy shoes away from contact with alcohol, oils, solvents, and water, including exposure to rain. If your shoes get wet, let them air dry naturally, away from any direct heat source and sunlight.
Always store your Parisy shoes in the two separate dust bags provided, positioned inside the shoebox and away from direct sunlight and heat. Ensure that shoes with crystals and/or hardware are stored in a manner that prevents the accessories from pulling on any outer fabric of the shoes.
Never try to cleanse your shoes with soap or water. You can utilize leather care products where suitable, meticulously following the provided instructions. Before usage, make sure to spot test leather care products in a hidden area to check for colorfastness.
CALF, NAPPA, KID LEATHER
As with all animal skins, calf and kid leathers will naturally crease and soften with time. You can delicately eliminate surface dirt by using a clean, dry, soft cloth. A neutral leather conditioner can be applied to preserve the softness of the leather.
METALLIC LEATHER (LAMINATED NAPPA LEATHER)
Metallic leather is a delicate type of leather that undergoes a lamination process to achieve a smooth, iridescent finish. Due to its sensitivity, metallic leathers may scratch easily and thus necessitate special care and attention. We suggest to minimize friction between the two shoes to prevent them from getting scratched. Additionally, avoid contact with sharp or abrasive objects, as they may damage the surface of the material.
Do not use any leather care products on metallic leather.
PATENT LEATHER
The glossy appearance of patent leather is achieved through a varnish coating that provides a durable outer layer for your shoes. To maintain the gloss of patent leather, use a soft cloth to gently remove surface dirt.
SILK SATIN
Our luxuriously smooth satin is carefully sourced and inspected for the highest quality, luster, and durability. Being a naturally delicate fabric, we advise against contact with sharp or abrasive objects and surfaces that may cause the satin to snag or tear. For satin shoes adorned with crystal embellishments, ensure they are stored in care bags in a manner that prevents the crystals from touching any part of the satin.
Contact with liquids may cause satin to stain, so it’s important to protect your shoes from rain, alcohol, oil, and other liquids. You can gently remove surface dirt using a clean, dry, soft cloth.
PVC
While it’s highly durable, PVC is a synthetic fiber, so it offers minimal breathability, and the surface may fog up during wear. You can gently remove surface dirt using a clean, dry, soft cloth. Do not apply any leather care products to the PVC, as this may affect its clarity.
Avoid contact with heat sources.
